Day 1: Lima

Upon your arrival at the airport Jorge Chávez of Lima, you will be taken to your hotel.

Day 2: Lima - Cusco

Visit to the Larco Herrera Museum, one of the largest private collections of pre-Columbian art in Peru. The exhibition rooms showcase pottery, textiles, mummies and other objects that will give you a greater understanding of Peruvian history.
Transfer from the city center to the airport.

Domestic flight from Lima to Cusco.

Reception at Cusco airport and transfer to the hotel.

Day 3: Cusco - Sacsayhuaman - Q'enqo - Cusco

Departure for a half-day dedicated to the discovery of the ruins around Cusco (Sacsayhuaman and Q’enqo) and of the historical center: Koricancha (Temple of the Sun) and the Cathedral where several paintings of the Cusco School and many gold and silversmithery pieces and precious stone objects are displayed.
Return to the hotel in Cusco.

Day 4: Cusco - Pisac - Ollantaytambo - Cusco

Departure at 9am by private vehicle for a day dedicated to the discovery of the Sacred Valley. The first stop will be the ruins of Pisac where we will visit the site and walk around the handicraft market. We will then continue on to the Inca village of Ollantaytambo where we will visit the fortress. We make a further stop at a ceramics workshop in Urumbamba before making the return journey to Cusco. Transfer to the hotel.

Day 5: Cusco - Poroy - Aguas Calientes

Transfer to Poroy train station.

Day 6: Machu Picchu - Aguas Calientes - Poroy - Cusco

In the early morning, direct connection to the shuttle service that will drive you to the citadel of Machu Picchu.
Arrival to Machu Picchu, wonder of the world.

Machu Picchu is an ancient Inca city of the fifteenth century in Peru. Abandoned during the collapse of the Inca Empire, Machu Picchu sacred city, forgotten for centuries, is considered as a masterpiece of Inca architecture. It was unveiled in 1911 by the American archaeologist Hiram Bingham.

Together with your english speaking guide, you will start to discover the archaeological complex, still covered by the morning mist, built on top of a ridge and surrounded by precipices. A stunning view that evolves with the progression of the sun! After the guided tour (around 3 hours for the visit), you have the opportunity to discover on your own.
In the beginning of the evening, way back to Poroy in the luxury Hiram Bingham. Dinner served aboard the train.

Day 7: Cusco - Puno - Titilaka

Transfer from your hotel to Cusco's train station by private transport.
Departure for the journey to Puno on the shore of Lake Titicaca, aboard the Orient Express train. Wonderful landscapes along the way.
Note 1: the train operates on Mondays, Wednesdays and Saturdays from November to March. From April to October, it also operates on Fridays. It makes no stops. As for the tourist bus, it operates every day and stops in several locations to allow visits.
Note 2: visitors are not accompanied by a guide on this train journey.
Note 3: journey in first class, ten hours of travel time.

Reception in Puno and transfer to Hotel Titilaka *****, a beautiful Relais & Chàteaux hotel situated on the west shores of lake Titicaca close to the Chucuito Peninsula.

Day 8: Titilaka

This day is devoted to the discovery of Lake Titicaca, the highest navigable lake in the world, among a wide selection of excursions and walks on demand.

You could choose your activity between:
- Explore the Uros islands and Taquile
- Visit the local neighboring communities of Socca or Perka
- Visit the archaeological sites of Sillustani, Inka Anatawi, Juli and Pomata
- Visit to the colonial village of Lampa
Etc.

Selection of the activities upon your arrival at the hotel. Tours are grouped with the hotel guests and leaded bu an English-speaking guide.

Overnight at Hotel Titilaka.

NB : Note: In Titilaka, all meals are prepared with fresh local ingredients. The evening cocktails are served from 18:30, and followed by a dinner. Taste the house speciality: the "Chilcano of Muña," a combination of Peruvian Pisco and mint.

Day 9: Titilaka - Juliaca - Lima

Transfer from the hotel to Puno station.

Domestic flight from Juliaca to Lima.

Reception at the airport and transfer to the hotel.
Half-day dedicated to the visit of the Peruvian capital. We will explore the colonial quarters of the city center including the Plaza San Martin and the Plaza de Armas and visit the San Francisco Convent and its catacombs.

Day 10: Lima
