This is a 65km excursion, skirting Nahuel Huapi Lake and driving along important landmarks, such as El Trebol Lagoon, Moreno West and East Lake, Municipal Forest Llao Llao and Panoramic Viewpoint. The beauty of this landscape is present all the way. Several points along the road and natural spots such as Bahia Lopez and Panoramic Viewpoint are ideal to contemplate this wonder. In front of Pañuelo Port, the symbolic Hotel Llao Llao and San Eduardo Chapel are important tourist attractions. We make a stop at Campanario Mountain; there we can get on a chairlift towards the summit where there is a coffee place and a wonderful 360º view of all the lakes and the mountains.

In the city center :
- Visit the Chocolate Museum, specialty of the city. After that what about having a break in one of the best chocolate shops of the city? (Mamuschka, Rapa Nui ...).
- Go for a walk on the Avenue Bustillo and 12 de Octubre to enjoy the view of the Nahuel Huapi Lake and of the many mountain ranges which appear on the background.

In the surroundings of Bariloche :
- Go to the Cerro Campanario. From that mirador you have a beautiful view on the many lakes of Bariloche. (From the city center you can get there with the bus line 20 - you can reach this site with a chairlift or walking (45 minutes) ) .
- Visit the lovely "Colonia Suiza" village. There is a large handcraft market on Wednesdays and Sundays. Take the opportunity to taste the " Curanto " local specialty.

Departure from the hotel on private service, for a one-day tour of Villa La Angostura, allowing you to discover the beauty of this region.
We leave Bariloche behind, crossing the Limay River and then we connect with National Route 40 towards Villa La Angostura, not before knowing Huemul Peninsula and Puerto Manzano, a luxurious neighborhood in the outskirts of town.
In Villa La Angostura, you visit downtown with many neat little shops, terraces, restaurants. And then you go to the historical area, where you will find old buildings and some lovely beaches.
Time for lunch (not included).

Half day excursion from Las Balsas Hotel to Quetrihue Peninsula, where there is the famous Arrayanes Forest.
The Arrayan (Myrtle) grows extremely slowly, reaching hundreds of years in this unspoilt peninsula.
Their bark is cold, completely smooth, and it has a particular cinnamon color.
Their white flowers are similar to orange blossoms (azahar) and have a very tasty purple berry, which are characteristic fragrant in the Patagonian Forests.

Departure to San Carlos de Bariloche. First you visit Puerto Manzano, a luxury neighborhood of the town. Then you continue through National Route 40, passing through Huemul Peninsula with its white sandy beaches and next crossing the typical landscapes of the Patagonian Steppe.
The road runs once again along Nahuel Huapi Lake, and in the distance, the peaks of Catedral and the town of Bariloche are revealed.
